Warrnambool, VIC location 2 month hospital assignment Travel and accomodation provided Locum Hospital Dispensing or Clinical Pharmacist - Warrnambool, VIC Job Ref: 48837 Client & Location Information: Public hospital located on the South West Coast, VIC. Job Specification: Locum Hospital pharmacist required Mid Dec 2025 - Mid Feb 2026 (2 months) Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00 pm (1hr lunch break) 38 hrs per week. As the locum pharmacist, your job requirements will involve: Outpatient hospital dispensing The provision of clinical pharmacy and operational support services on a rotational basis potentially across all areas of the pharmacy service depending on experience. Contribution to effective patient flow within the organisation The provision of high quality pharmaceutical care as a member of the healthcare team by optimising pharmacotherapy for the purpose of achieving definite outcomes that improve patient care Note: client is also open to Grade 1 Hospital Dispensary Pharmacist - *must have ipahrmacy experience. Experience Required * Registered as a pharmacist with the Australia Pharmacy Board (AHPRA) * Experience with iPharmacy dispense preferred * Hospital experience necessary * 1 years hospital experience Salary & Benefits: Min $65/hr super Monday to Friday,(Neg depending on experience).
