About The Role Based from one of our Melbourne offices (Tullamarine or Carrum Downs) with flexible hybrid arrangements, you’ll play a key role supporting our interstate teams – particularly in South Australia. As a Home Care Phone Sales Consultant, you’ll connect with potential clients over the phone - building trust, guiding them through their care options, and supporting people who are either taking their first step into care or switching to a new provider. Your focus is on delivering meaningful outcomes for every client - helping them find the right care, at the right time, to live well at home. Key responsibilities: Making outbound calls to warm leads and booking clients into services Building rapport and guiding clients through their home care journey Meeting sales and conversion targets with empathy and integrity Collaborating with national teams to ensure smooth client transitions Representing our mission and values in every interaction About You You’re deeply connected to purpose and bring a genuine desire to help others. You understand the home care industry and have the confidence to engage with clients in moments of transition. You’re agile, motivated and a quick learner, with the ability to balance care and outcomes. You’re also a strong communicator who’s ready to take the next step in your career within a supportive, mission-driven team. You’ll bring: Knowledge or experience in the Aged Care and Disability sectors (essential) A warm, engaging phone manner with empathy and clarity A results-driven mindset with proven ability to convert leads Experience in outbound sales or customer service (desirable) A proactive approach and eagerness to learn and grow Formal qualifications aren’t essential – what matters most is your attitude, drive and heart.
