This is a Head of Mandates role with LendLease based in NSW, AU LendLease Role Seniority - director More about the Head of Mandates role at LendLease Lendlease’s global investment management platform spans Asia, Australia, Americas and Europe. Our investment professionals manage approximately A$48.9 billion globally in property assets via funds and separate mandates. We invest on behalf of pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, investment managers and insurance companies, offering our investment partners access to quality property assets. We are seeking a visionary Head of Mandates to lead the strategic development, implementation, and oversight of institutional and wholesale fund mandates. This executive leadership role is pivotal in driving growth, managing key client relationships, and delivering superior investment performance across a diverse portfolio. As a member of the Lendlease Investment Management Australia Senior Leadership Team, you will influence business decisions through deep expertise in capital markets, real estate, and investment strategy. You will collaborate closely with the global Investment Management team, the Group CIO, and Development teams to identify and execute new business opportunities, structure mandates aligned to client objectives, and lead capital raising initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in investment management, mandate structuring, and stakeholder engagement. You will bring a strong understanding of asset, sector, and tenant drivers, and demonstrate the ability to lead high-performing teams in a dynamic and evolving market. We are looking for a commercially astute leader who thrives in complex environments, is passionate about innovation, and is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients and investors. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of real estate investment management at Lendlease, delivering impact and performance across our mandates platform.
