Head of HSEQ - Sydney Ready to lead safety, quality, and culture on a national stage? Wilder Fox is on the hunt for a standout Head of HSEQ to join a thriving interiors and construction business. This is a senior leadership role where you'll set strategy, shape culture, and make a lasting impact across projects nationwide. The Role You'll take ownership of Health, Safety, Environment & Quality strategy and execution across the business. Day to day, you'll be driving compliance, embedding systems, mentoring teams, and reporting directly to the COO. From championing safety on-site, to building capability and leading audits, you'll ensure the business continues to deliver safe, sustainable, high-quality work. Key Focus Areas Lead and continuously improve HSEQ systems aligned with industry standards (AS4801, ISO9001, ISO14001) Champion a positive safety culture across all teams and sites Oversee compliance, risk management, audits, and incident investigations Partner with leaders on bids, client submissions and project planning to support growth Mentor and develop the HSEQ Advisor and lift capability across the wider team Keep the business ahead of legislation and industry best practice What We're Looking For Significant HSEQ leadership experience in the construction or interiors sector Strong knowledge of Australian health, safety, environment and quality legislation and systems A proven track record in building culture and embedding sustainable HSEQ practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at every level Relevant tertiary qualifications in HSEQ, construction, business, or related discipline What's On Offer Senior national leadership role, reporting to the COO Salary package between $180k - $220k Sydney-based, with scope to shape culture and influence business-wide strategy Join a growing organisation with a reputation for quality, design, and delivery If you're ready to take the reins and drive HSEQ at scale, Wilder Fox would love to hear from you.
