About The Role This senior leadership role is responsible for establishing and leading the entire Country Music Touring division at TEG Live. You will build the team and touring pipeline, drive the full commercial and operational delivery of events, manage key external relationships, and actively identify strategic growth opportunities (touring, festivals, joint ventures, M&A) to ensure positive financial results and expand TEG’s footprint in the Country Music market. Requirements What does a day in the life look like? Event/Tour Management Effectively plan events/tours to ensure maximum positive returns to investors Coordinate all suppliers to deliver services within budgets and timeframes Develop and document an events plan to ensure all milestones in relation to the event are met. Ensure information associated with the managing, promoting/marketing, ticketing and running of events is gathered, collated and disseminated to necessary parties. Business Management Formulate budgets and plans for specific events/tours Identify risks and strategies/tactics to mitigate against these on an event/tour basis Complete post event/tour analysis to include financial evaluation Preparation and delivery of reporting. AND Provide feedback to stakeholders on events/tours, including presenting the post-event report (including executive summary) and confirming the financial outcomes (where appropriate) Commercial & Stakeholder Management Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and continued business opportunities. AND Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders. Ensure strong understanding of contractual terms and enforce contractual compliance overall. Marketing & Industry Intelligence Develop marketing strategies and schedules in conjunction with relevant internal and external stakeholders Brief appropriate people to identify key requirements to develop a marketing proposal for event/tour campaigns. Keep abreast of relevant domestic and international developments, as they relate to: Live Entertainment and Competitors. About you Qualifications & Experience Commercial & Financial Expertise: Exceptional business acumen with a deep understanding of live events P&L drivers, budgeting, and financial analysis. Industry Knowledge: Proven expertise in live event promotion, administration, and financial management within the domestic and international touring industry. Stakeholder Management: Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills necessary to build and maintain effective relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders. Accountability & Drive: Strong achievement orientation, setting high performance standards, and demonstrating full accountability for results, outcomes, and deadlines. Client Focus & Adaptability: Creative problem-solver who can develop innovative solutions to operational issues, adapt quickly to changes, and relentlessly pursue value for the client. Organizational Prowess : Highly developed planning and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Location This is a leadership role, with the exact primary base negotiable depending on the candidate's existing network and TEG's strategic needs in the region. Travel will be required.
