We’re hiring an experienced Architecture Leader to uplift enterprise architecture capability across a large digital organisation. You’ll shape major digital programs impacting millions of users and work across 75 partner organisations on large‑scale integration challenges. You’ll lead a central team of Architects (Software, Solution, Data, and Cloud) supporting around 400‑500 people across Product, Design, Engineering, and Data. What You’ll Do Define and deliver the enterprise architecture strategy Identify capability gaps and set technical direction across multiple divisions Lead a team of four architects Collaborate daily with Software Engineering Managers Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Security leads Advise senior executives (including C‑suite) on technology investment and architecture uplift Champion Agile, XP, and Continuous Delivery principles within structured frameworks What We’re Looking For Strong technical foundation in modern architecture and full‑stack engineering Experience working with cross‑functional teams Excellent collaborator and communicator – influences through trust and credibility Hands‑on enough to stay current with engineering trends and practices Equally comfortable in delivery conversations as in strategic discussions Business‑minded, outcome‑focused, and credible with senior stakeholders Background leading small architecture across a major digital organisation, shaping strategy, guiding modern engineering, and influencing C‑suite decisions on large‑scale programs How to Apply Submit your CV to Max Lambert at max@sustainrecruit.com J-18808-Ljbffr
