The Role: THE MONDAY GROUP has been exclusively retained by a leading national Facilities & Asset Management company holding a high-profile government contract. We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef with experience in large-scale contract catering to lead and elevate the site’s catering operations. As Head Chef, you will: Lead, manage, coach, and mentor a team of 55 BOH staff. Oversee food quality, consistency, and safety across 6 kitchens and 8 dining rooms. Manage daily meal preparation, special functions, and religious meal services. Ensure compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, and HSE standards. Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager and key stakeholders to meet performance goals. This role is mostly Monday to Friday, with occasional high-profile weekend functions. The Candidate: Commercial Cooking qualification and Food Safety Supervisor certification. Minimum 5 years’ experience managing multi-site, large commercial kitchens. Excellent knowledge of Food Safety Standards and legislation. Strong planning, organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
