Job Description The General Manager will lead the pre-opening and ongoing operations of this premium restaurant, setting the tone for excellence in service, team culture, and commercial performance. You will be responsible for developing a strong leadership team, creating memorable guest experiences, and driving a high-performance culture across all departments. Key responsibilities: Lead recruitment, training and pre-opening planning Deliver exceptional service standards in a high-volume, premium setting Build and manage a strong team culture with effective delegation Collaborate on commercial planning, budgeting and cost control Represent the brand and drive guest loyalty through personal engagement Candidate Profile You are an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for guest service and operational excellence. Your background includes leading large teams in premium, high-volume venues and a proven ability to balance service and business performance.
