General Hand / Factory Hand / Production Assistant Immediate start available - full-time hours -6.30 am start -2.36pm - With daily overtime Katoomba location, view to permanency for the right person Training is provided with career progression! This Company specialises in providing innovative solutions to the construction & building industry with its range of engineered steel framing options. Your New Role Join a friendly and supportive company as part of their production team. You will be operating a range of equipment and machinery, and full training is provided. You will need to be comfortable using hand and power tools. Your duties will include: Operating workshop equipment (training provided) Using hand and power tools You will use various equipment throughout the day including punches, presses, hydraulic riveters, grinders, saws, and many other tools. What do you need to be successful? Reliable and punctual Have a great work ethic and be a team player Experience using hand and power tools Your driver's license and own reliable transport (public transport is not available) A current forklift licence is preferred but not essential Additional details: A stable ongoing role with a view to permanency for the right person Work for a small, friendly, and supportive company Enjoy working for a professional manager and team Full training is provided On-site parking This workplace is busy, and as such, production is increasing.
