To be successful, you'll need to: Be available for long hours and flexible shifts Have experience as a Storeman/Labourer , or a similar role, and be comfortable working in physically demanding environments Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Show up on time, every time - reliability is key Communicate effectively and follow instructions Be ready to start immediately Key Responsibilities: Assist with general labouring tasks across a variety of work sites (e.g., construction, warehouse, and maintenance) Handle manual lifting and transport of materials, tools, and equipment Support skilled tradespeople with day-to-day tasks Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment Help with loading/unloading materials and deliveries Operate basic tools and machinery, under supervision Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Perform basic maintenance and repairs when needed Contribute to team efforts and meet project deadlines What We're Looking For: Experience in a labouring or general hand role (preferred, but not required) Strong work ethic and a reliable attitude Physically fit, able to lift heavy materials and work in varying conditions (indoor/outdoor) Comfortable using basic hand tools and machinery Team player with the ability to work autonomously when required Strong communication skills and willingness to follow instructions Knowledge of WHS (Work Health and Safety) regulations Own transport to the work site (if necessary) If you're ready to start immediately and join a motivated team, apply now!
