We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Gaming and Bar Attendants to join our dynamic team. What you’ll be doing In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering high levels of customer service on the Gaming Floor and Bars Cash handling duties and accurate transaction processing Responding to gaming enquiries and assisting guests with confidence Operating Keno and cashier services Carrying out poker machine maintenance and providing drink service Supporting the Gaming team with bar service Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards Following all RSA, RCG and Club compliance procedures What we’re looking for We’re seeking someone who is motivated, reliable and enjoys working in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have: A current NSW Responsible Conduct of Gaming Certificate (RCG) A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A professional standard of personal presentation Proven cash handling experience with accuracy and attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure Previous gaming experience (highly regarded but not essential) Why join us?
