We are looking for people that are driven, passionate and want to help reconnect people with the natural joys of food. We are currently looking for fulltime staff in our grocery, fruit and veg, service and perishable departments in our Boronia Park store. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Provide excellent customer service and address needs of customers - Surprise and delight the customers with consistent, delicious food - Ensure fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked - Maintain accurate department signage and pricing - Stock and clean shelves, frozen and dairy case - Maintain back stock in good order - Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment - Assist with food crew sampling programs, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing - Follow and comply with all applicable health and safety procedures The right type of person is: - Outgoing and positive, willing to engage with our customers - A team player, coordination is key as working together is imperative for success - Flexible with availability, it's a busy shop across 7 days! *Applicants with previous experience in fruit and vegetable shops preferred* Harris Farm Markets is an equal opportunity employer.
