Job Description Pullman Sydney Airport is currently seeking a Full Time Front Office Assistant (Duty) Manager to join our property boasting 229 rooms, an Executive Lounge, Mobius Bar & Grill and 4 versatile conference rooms. Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, this role is primarily responsible for ensuring a high level of guest service at all times across the hotel. Acting as a role model for the Front Office team. Drive loyalty sign ups in line with AccorHotels regional targets, Hotel specific targets and associated initiatives. Leading by example when attending to guest requests, being proactive and resourceful. Taking initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests are positive and productive. Providing guidance, supporting training and leading the team Actively resolving guest complaints and challenges Assisting with check-in and check-out of guests, ensuring all procedures are adhered to. Assisting other areas of the hotel during peak times when needed Being responsible for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members. Maintain a high level of personal presentation as an ambassador for the hotel Always upholding Accor and Heartist values & Pullman brand standards
