Delivering exceptional, personalised & fun customer service while maintaining luxury standards to ensure all of our guests feel welcome. Attending to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction. Checking guests in and out and maintaining their account using our PMS, Opera. Answering guest queries in a positive and effective manner. Daily liaison with departments such as food & beverage and housekeeping for guest movements, requests and activities.
