About the Role You’ll be part of the Engineering team, working closely with Product to build and maintain the company’s core web application. The focus of this role is front-end development within the product , ensuring a high-quality, maintainable, and visually refined user experience. You’ll also collaborate with the Marketing team on web initiatives such as landing pages and optimisation projects and a great opportunity to apply your front-end expertise in both product and creative contexts. Key Responsibilities Build, enhance, and maintain custom front-end features for the core product using Ruby on Rails, HTML, and CSS. Develop and optimise marketing websites and landing pages with strong attention to design accuracy and performance. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver elegant, maintainable front-end solutions. Write clean, scalable, and reusable code with strong version control practices. Tech Stack Ruby / Ruby on Rails (front-end focus) HTML, CSS (expert-level hand-coding) JavaScript (for basic interactivity and integration, not complex app logic) Git, CI/CD tools About You Experienced Front-End Engineer with a strong product background. Skilled at crafting custom, high-quality UI components and layouts from design specifications. Confident collaborating with Product, Design, and Marketing teams. Able to work independently in a remote-first setup and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders. Familiar with or keen to learn Ruby / Rails for front-end templating.
