Job Description Oversee Front Desk, Porter’s Desk, Reception, cashiering, One Touch, and Reservations to ensure smooth daily operations. Supervise, coach, and develop Ambassadors to deliver consistent, world-class guest service. Greet VIPs, manage credit and accounting issues, and ensure all public areas and hotel facilities are flawless. Promote loyalty programs and support hotel and departmental targets. Maintain strong knowledge of all departments, events, conventions, and key personnel to enhance guest satisfaction. Ensure policies, procedures, and service standards are followed, while leading induction and skills training programs. Assist with rostering, manage duty keys and cash floats, and perform audits to maintain operational excellence.
