This Role is a Triad of Ownership This is not a job where you'll be siloed. You will be one of the core architects of our future. Your role has three equally critical pillars: The System Architect: You will design, build, and own our entire design system from scratch. This is your magnum opus—a chance to create a living, breathing system that enables a world-class user experience at scale. The Product Visionary: You will be the ultimate owner of the user experience. You'll work directly with the founders to translate audacious ideas into intuitive, beautiful, and shippable product flows. You are the voice of the user in every engineering decision. The Master Builder: You will be deep in the code every single day, shipping production-grade React, Next.js, and TypeScript. You'll solve novel engineering challenges related to real-time AI video and build the infrastructure that powers an experience for millions.
