We’re a supportive, team‑focused company where people stick around grow and develop, The Opportunity We are seeking experienced Civil Construction Workers for long-term, ongoing large projects across SA. Multiple roles available: Supervisors / Leading Hands Formwork Carpenters Skilled Concreters Operators Multi‑skilled Labourers Skilled Patchers About You You’ll be a safety‑focused, reliable team player with experience in civil or structural construction. Ideally, you’ll have: Experience with Peri, Acrow or conventional formwork systems Proven concrete structures experience Strong focus on safety, quality and environmental standards Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Own reliable transport and currently reside in Australia Multi‑skilled across different civil tasks (highly regarded) Preferred (but not essential) tickets: Dogman HR truck license Telehandler, CN, C6, C2 EWP 11m / Scissor Lift Working at Heights (within 2 years) RIW Card (advantage but not required) What’s On Offer Competitive pay: $50–$60 per hour 50–56 hours per week ⏱ Opportunities for overtime on selected projects Stable, long‑term work with a reputable SA company Genuine opportunities to upskill and progress Supportive, down‑to‑earth team culture Exposure to major civil and infrastructure projects
