The Role Food Services Assistants are responsible for serving food and beverages to residents and their guests in the Café or Dining areas in Hindmarsh’s independent living retirement villages. Ensure dining area is kept clean, tidy and hygienic throughout, including the kitchen servery area and the sitting area Serve food and coffee orders Clear away used crockery from tables, clean and prepare tables Wash used dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils Light vacuuming and tidying of dining areas ready for the next day’s operation Keep records and make reports as part of our Food Safety procedures Set up and pack down of café or dining rooms for catered functions and events Join our team As a Hindmarsh employee, you will enjoy the benefits of a competitive rate of pay, access to a huge range of employee benefits and a friendly work environment.
