Job Description Assisting in the smooth operation of the F&B department Creating a seamless dining experience for our guests, making everyone feel welcome and valued Ensuring all team members are confident and competent in selling menu items, beverage items, and hotel services Animate the restaurant and bar to make it fun, unique and an enjoyable experience for all guests, through creative activations and events The ability to coordinate and manage the day-to-day F&B operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience – every guest, every interaction, every day Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams.
