Job Description Europcar is seeking an enthusiastic Fleet Finance Team Leader to join our Head Office team in Tullamarine, Victoria on a full-time basis . Reporting to the Fleet Finance Manager, this role will oversee the efficient and accurate processing of fleet sales, payouts, and collections. Some of the key responsibilities include: Process the end-to-end processing of vehicle sales, disposals, write-offs, and finance payouts. Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and journals for all fleet-related transactions. Liaise with finance companies to manage liabilities, payments, and contract terminations. Monitor and minimise debtor balances, finance charges, and penalties. Prepare monthly and year-end reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting and lease standards. Support audits and undertake special projects as directed by the Fleet Finance Manager.
