Your Opportunity We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to provide on-site support at our customer's Warwick Distribution Centre. This is a job share position with a flexible roster, offering 19 hours per week or 38 hours per fortnight. While previous experience in transport coordination is beneficial, it's not essential - we're more interested in your attitude and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Allocating trailers efficiently Coordinating daily load schedules Collating data and preparing spreadsheets Accurate data entry Liaising with on-site staff and stakeholders What You'll Bring To thrive in this role, you'll ideally have: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong data entry skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Clear and confident communication skills About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
