This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities: Perform configuration and customization of the FIS Omni platform to meet business and client requirements. Develop and maintain Omni scripts, templates, workflows, and business rules . Work on product setup, environment configuration, and system parameter tuning . Integrate FIS Omni with core banking and third-party systems through APIs, web services, or data interfaces. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications. Conduct unit testing, system testing, and UAT support for new developments or enhancements. Provide production support , troubleshooting, and performance optimization for Omni applications. Prepare technical documentation , configuration guides, and release notes. Work closely with the FIS support team for issue resolution, upgrades, and patch deployments. Required Skills & Experience: 5 years of experience working with FIS Omni (OmniPlus / OmniTrade / OmniPayments / OmniChannel). Strong experience in configuration, customization, and scripting within the Omni environment. Experience with Omni data structures, schemas, and business process configuration . Solid understanding of financial services, wealth management, or retirement systems . Proficiency in SQL, XML, Java, or C# for system integration or custom development. Hands-on experience with API integration and data mapping. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Good to Have: Experience with FIS Omni APIs , OmniPlus database , or OmniScript customization . Knowledge of Superannuation, Investments, or Funds Management processes. Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, JIRA) and Agile methodology . Prior experience working with FIS or financial services clients .
