We are seeking the services of a passionate and experienced First Aid Trainer to join our team at Hallam (Head Office) and Bendigo in Victoria. About the role: We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic First Aid Trainer and Assessor to deliver high-quality training to our trainees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in first aid, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. This role requires flexibility and the ability to engage with a diverse group of trainees. Duties Include: Lead and deliver group training sessions in accordance to industry standard Be vast and ready to work with clients across a diverse range of industries and sectors Ensure that all training materials are up-to-date and comply with industry standards and regulations Maintain accurate records of training sessions and trainee progress. Selection Criteria: As an experience and passionate First Aid Trainers, you will: Have a current Cert IV TAE40116 or TAE40122 Must hold CPR and first aid units (HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation & HLTAID011 Provide First Aid) with a proven training and assessment experience. Have exceptional communication and presentation abilities, effectively engaging learners Strong organizational and time-management skills. Flexibility to work on a casual basis, including potential weekend sessions. Reside and hold full working rights in Australia What’s in it for you?
