We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Financial Crime Compliance team supporting the Nauru Agency. This role is critical to ensuring strong controls and compliance in a complex environment. What we are looking for: Strong reporting and data analysis skills to identify, manage and mitigate the economic crime risks presented through the Agency. Relationship management background with proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver strategic solutions. Solid understanding of risk and foreign affairs, ideally with exposure to financial crime compliance. Key Responsibilities: Assist the AMLCO in oversight and administration of the AML/CTF Program for Nauru, including regulatory change. Monitor compliance and collate management information and transaction reporting. Respond to Agency enquiries and manage complex environments. Develop and oversee AML/CTF policies, conduct risk assessments and investigations. Provide training, manage projects, and liaise with stakeholders on governance and AML reforms. Act as delegate for AMLCO during leave periods. We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time each month connecting in office. We also offer a range of flexible working options including changing start and finish times, part-time arrangements and job share.
