Requirements What You Bring to the Table: 10 years as a CA or CPA , ideally with a background in audit or commercial finance , and a proven record leading teams in fast-moving, high-growth environments — including offshore. Strategic mindset, operational edge. You see the story behind the numbers and know how to simplify complexity . You build systems that scale , not spreadsheets that break. Compliance you can count on. You’ll own the preparation of tax returns, BAS, FBT, and reporting — working with auditors, financiers, and advisors to keep everything accurate, efficient, and compliant . Cash flow confidence.
