We’re seeking a Financial Controller to take the reins from the current long-standing FC, who is retiring. This role oversees the full finance function for nine major brands across the Hobart region. You'll lead a capable team of around 12 finance professionals , working closely with dealership leaders and group executives. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, leadership maturity, and a commitment to long-term growth . With the business moving away from legacy systems (Pentana) and transitioning to Tune DMS , you’ll also play a key part in systems evolution and efficiency improvement.
