Description We are seeking a commercially astute Finance Manage r to partner with operational leaders across a designated region. This strategic role is responsible for delivering financial insight, driving performance, and ensuring financial integrity across multi-site operations. Key Responsibilities Business Partnering : Act as the primary finance contact for state-level operations, providing strategic financial guidance. Budgeting & Forecasting : Lead annual budget planning and rolling forecasts in collaboration with operational teams. Reporting & Analysis : Deliver monthly P&L analysis, performance dashboards, and KPI reporting tailored to regional goals. Financial Modelling: Conduct scenario analysis and business case development to support investment decisions. Month-End & Compliance: Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and audit processes in line with SOX and AIFRS standards. Process Improvemen t: Champion continuous improvement in financial systems, controls, and reporting. Team Leadership : Lead and mentor junior finance professionals and contribute to a high-performance culture. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CA or CPA qualified. 3–5 years’ experience in commercial finance or business partnering, ideally in logistics or multi-site environments. Have a strong understanding of AIFRS and SOX compliance. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; Oracle experience preferred. The proven ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders. Be a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen. Have the ability to simplify complex financial data for operational audiences. Show a high attention to detail and accuracy. Have a proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. 4- 5 years of experience with strong leadership and team development skills. Be resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
