Attitude. Honesty. Accountability. Everything else is trainable. We're looking for a confident, capable Field Coordinator to take charge of a pivotal role within our environmental services team. This isn't a back-seat position - it's a lead-from-the-front role for someone who can think strategically, act decisively and still get their hands dirty when it matters. You'll be responsible for coordinating field crews, planning and scheduling works, managing equipment and liaising with clients - while also spending regular time in the field, leading by example and maintaining quality, safety and momentum across multiple projects. Your days will be split between the field and the office. One day you'll be checking sites, supporting your crew and working with changing conditions; the next you'll be coordinating schedules, improving systems, reviewing progress and driving projects forward. No two days will be the same - and that's the point. A current driver's licence is essential. Highly regarded (or willingness to obtain): WHS/OHS Construction Induction (White/Red Card). First Aid Level 2. Agricultural Chemical Users Permit (ACUP / ChemCert - NSW). Certificate IV or Diploma in Conservation & Ecological Management (or equivalent experience).
