Role and responsibilities Our client has a diversified farming enterprise in NSW. We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the farming operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong practical farming knowledge and experience in the management of livestock. The role would suit someone who takes initiative, leads respectfully, and can confidently manage daily operations with a long-term mindset. It is an ideal role for someone who takes pride in their work and in achieving high standards in what they do. Skills requirements Good experience in livestock and mixed farming (cattle, some goats, pasture care) Skilled in machinery operation and maintenance Confidence in managing and coordinating staff Truck licence advantageous Good communication and interpersonal skills Financial awareness to support planning, budgets, and cost monitoring Fertilise and Irrigate pastures, spray weeds and mow lawns Remuneration and location The role has a highly attractive remuneration package which includes a generous salary, accommodation and car.
