About the position: Our client is seeking a Family Lawyer with 2 years of post-admission experience who is ready to step into a role with more autonomy, support, and long-term career opportunity. This position offers you the chance to run files from start to finish while working alongside an experienced Principal who takes a genuine interest in your professional growth. You’ll handle a steady flow of interesting and varied family law matters, including: Parenting and custody disputes Property settlements and financial agreements Divorce applications and domestic violence orders The firm’s expectations are realistic, with a daily billable target of just 5 hours, allowing for a healthy balance between work and personal life. Career advancement is supported through structured development plans and regular salary and performance reviews.
