The practice is busy, varied, and offers plenty of mentoring and growth for the right person. Duties You’ll manage a portfolio of family law files, balancing negotiation, settlement and litigation as required. Drafting affidavits, agreements and financial orders Advising on parenting and property matters Representing clients at mediations and hearings Contributing to strategy on complex cases Key requirements 3 years PQE in family law Strong drafting and negotiation ability Confident in advising clients directly Ability to manage busy caseload with accuracy Why join?
