The Role The Leadership and Management Program (LAMP) is a partnership between ACECQA and the Queensland Government. The Facilitator, Leadership and Management Program role will work collaboratively with the LAMP team to foster and enhance leadership and management capabilities within the children's education and care sector in Queensland, specifically focusing on supporting operational and educational leaders working in small to medium-sized services. The position is responsible for supporting the building of leadership and management practices by providing guidance, mentoring and professional learning including workshops, online learning and communities of practice, to educators and leaders, enabling them to effectively lead and drive positive outcomes for children. There are two roles available, each role is full time and fixed-term (19 months) at ACECQA Band 5 ($103,179 - $122,039). The key duties of the position include Key Accountabilities • Provide professional learning and support, such as facilitating in-person and online training sessions, communities of practice, coaching, and mentoring, to assist operational leaders and educational leaders in children's education and care services with developing leadership and management capabilities that align with the National Quality Framework. • Build and maintain collaborative, effective and genuine working relationships with identified participants and other stakeholders to gain commitment and achieve quality and program outcomes. • Work cooperatively and collaboratively within the LAMP and LQRS teams, and across ACECQA, to achieve the identified objectives and results. • In collaboration with the Manager, LAMP and Lead Capability and Practice Facilitator, develop interactive, engaging, and relevant professional learning materials for webinars, communities of practice, workshops, resources, meetings and other activities as needed, to support the LAMP outcomes. • Ensure program related documentation is developed, accurate, managed and appropriately stored to comply with all ACECQA policies, procedures and stakeholder expectations. • Prepare briefs, reports and advice, and respond to requests for information and updates as required. • Conduct, deliver and assist with organising travel, meetings, workshops, webinars and/or events located across Queensland as required by the LAMP project schedules. • Adhere to the spirit and practice of ACECQA's Code of Conduct, demonstrate behaviours that support the building of an inclusive and agile performance culture and act ethically and professionally in accordance with ACECQA's values of Integrity, Commitment, Respect and Collaboration. • Other duties as required.
