About the Role We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented team member to join our production team in Moorebank. You'll be working on the assembly of high-quality soundproof booths, handling a variety of fabric and frame-based tasks in a clean, workshop environment. Key Responsibilities Cut fabric according to pre-set patterns prepared by our in-house upholsterer. Perform basic sewing and stitching as required. Fit and secure fabric onto screen frames to create soundproof panels. Maintain accuracy, quality, and attention to detail in all production work. Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a hands-on production, sewing, or assembly environment. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Reliable, motivated, and able to follow set patterns and instructions. Comfortable working in a workshop environment.
