Your new role: In this role, you will provide a high standard of executive support, ensuring the smooth operation of the Director Medical Services' office. You will manage communication, coordinate meetings and diaries, and maintain effective administrative systems while working with a high level of independence and professionalism. You will: * Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing communication * Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support including diary management, meeting coordination and document preparation * Manage office systems including filing, correspondence, Content Manager workflows and confidential records * Work collaboratively with the Executive Services administrative team to support efficient service delivery About you: You are a highly organised, detail-focused administrator who excels in fast-paced, executive-level environments. You demonstrate discretion, initiative and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism. You will bring: * Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise tasks * High-level administrative and secretarial skills including diary management and document preparation * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Content Manager (or similar) * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Check out our quick tips and application essentials!
