Our Executive Partner, People plays a vital role in bringing that vision to life — ensuring our Chief People Officer (CPO) operates efficiently, divisional priorities are supported, and organisational initiatives are delivered with professionalism, precision, and integrity. About the Role This rewarding role combines executive-level support with strategic coordination. As the Executive Partner, People, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to the CPO, enabling the smooth running of the People Division and supporting key HR, workforce, and organisational initiatives. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the effectiveness of the People Division, coordinating projects, communications, and meetings, and ensuring senior leadership is informed, prepared, and resourced. This role requires discretion, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the CPO, including diary and calendar management, travel coordination, correspondence, and event scheduling. Act as the primary coordination point for requests and communications to the CPO, ensuring timely triage, delegation, or action. Prepare, draft, proofread, and format reports, presentations, Board/Committee papers, and internal communications. Attend key meetings, document discussions, and track follow-up actions to ensure timely completion. Support divisional projects, workforce initiatives, and People programs, including reporting, dashboards, and compliance documentation. Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear and timely communication. Maintain confidentiality, governance compliance, and high standards of recordkeeping for sensitive and strategic information. Support the planning and delivery of divisional initiatives, leadership forums, and organisational priorities. Undertake any other duties as reasonably directed by the CPO or SCC leadership. About You You’re a highly organised, professional, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, executive support environment. You combine exceptional administrative expertise with strategic awareness, enabling senior leaders to focus on delivering outcomes across the organisation. You’ll bring: Demonstrated experience providing high-level executive or administrative support to senior leaders, ideally in HR, People & Culture, or corporate services. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting executive correspondence and organisational communications. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competing demands. High level of discretion, judgement, and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems. Current Full Driver’s Licence. Desirable: Experience in human resources, workforce, or people operations functions. Experience preparing Board or Executive papers, governance documents, and regulatory communications. Background in aged care, health, or community services. Knowledge of HRIS or payroll systems (e.g., Chris21 or similar). Personal Attributes Professionalism & Integrity – Handles confidential information with discretion and ethical responsibility.
