About the Role: Reporting directly to the CEO and part of the Executive Leadership Team, you will: Lead the transition to a small-home, person-centred care model. Strengthen clinical culture, governance, and workforce performance. Drive operational excellence, financial sustainability, and digital health adoption. Oversee kitchen, hospitality, and quality operations with potential portfolio expansion. Contribute to new home development and broader organisational initiatives. What We’re Looking For: Proven executive-level experience in Residential Aged Care (COO, Executive Manager, or equivalent). Clinical expertise (Registered Nurse preferred, or candidates with significant clinical leadership experience). Track record in multi-site operations, workforce leadership, and quality improvement.
