The Opportunity We’re looking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Chief Executive Officer during a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave cover. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of our leadership team and contribute to shaping the future of beverages in the region. You’ll also be part of a highly supportive EA community, collaborating with a network of experienced assistants who share knowledge and work together to deliver excellence. About The Role In this role, you’ll deliver proactive, high-level executive assistance and administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination across the Executive Leadership Team. Key responsibilities include: Complex diary and inbox management aligned to priorities. Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. End-to-end travel coordination (domestic, trans-Tasman & international). Preparing agendas, collating pre-reads, and managing executive meetings. Coordinating engagement activities, events, and international visitor programs. Supporting process improvements and collaborating with Corporate Affairs on key initiatives. About You You’ll bring the skills, experience, and attitude to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. Here’s what’s on our wishlist: Extensive experience supporting C-Suite executives, ideally CEO or CFO, within large, complex organisations. Background in global or matrixed organisations strongly preferred, with exposure to APAC and international operations. Proven ability to navigate and collaborate within large EA teams, fostering teamwork and providing guidance and support where needed. Skilled at building rapport with senior leaders and acting as a trusted, strategic business partner. Comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities with agility. Complex diary management expertise and ability to anticipate needs ahead of time. Hands-on approach – someone who is proactive, takes initiative, and isn’t afraid to “do the doing”. Experience coordinating international and domestic travel, itineraries, and logistics for senior international visitors. Strong capability in event coordination, including ELT offsites, weekly/monthly meetings, and engagement activities. Detail-oriented and highly organised, with exceptional time management skills. Open, honest, and approachable communication style, with strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external networks. Unleash Your Spirit!
