As the lead Estimator, you will be working closely with the Director and Project Manager to ensure tenders are submitted on time and professionally presented. Benefits; Work in a supportive & collaborative team environment New office based in Lane Cove Work closely with Director Career growth opportunity Key Responsibilities & Duties: You will be required to manage tenders and estimates for the business, with main responsibilities including; Managing take offs and quantities Preparing quotes and pricing from subcontractors Collaborate with Project team including Engineers to prepare details for tender requirements Manager tender documents and presentations Developing schedule of works and project program, alongside the Project Manager About you: To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience, Demonstrated knowledge pricing Commercial projects, including new builds and fit-outs.
