Having successfully completed over 5,000 residential, commercial, and insurance projects from the Central Coast to the Sunshine Coast, my client continues to expand. They are now seeking an experienced Estimator Supervisor to join their team and manage insurance repairs from inspection through to completion. The role Conduct insurance inspections and prepare accurate scopes/costings Supervise and manage repairs through to completion Manage subcontractors and trades Liaise with insurers, loss adjustors, trades, and home owners Ensure projects meet KPIs, deadlines and quality standards Service Area: Northern NSW to the Sunshine Coast Required in office 2 days a week The rewards Full-time, salaried position with secure on-going work Vehicle, fuel card, and all tech provided Supportive and approachable management Genuine opportunity to develop and grow with the business Paying up to $120k Super Car depending on experience The Right Person Trade background 2 years insurance building experience Ability to manage multiple trades on multiple sites Confident with tech (Prime experience advantageous) Current QBCC licence We are also keen to talk to Estimators OR Supervisors if a dual role isn't for you.
