Our College opened in 2006, offering a Prep to Year 12 structure. This opportunity allows for our students to experience a seamless transition that helps support both academic and social outcomes. It provides students with an opportunity to enrich their learning through access to an extensive range of facilities and expert staff. We also ensure that the design and delivery of quality learning experiences are relevant and appropriate to our students. Step Into Your Next Chapter: The key rresponsibilities of the role include leading a staff team to support the diverse range of students from Pre Prep to Year 12 across the college. This role includes working as a key member in the leadership team and providing professional learning for staff, as well as management of enrolment for identified students. The Deputy will manage NCCD and work with students and families to provide suitable supports to engage learners in the curriculum and provide opportunities for social and emotional development. The Deputy of Inclusion is also responsible for working with our smaller schools across the cluster as needed to provide advice and support.Housing will be included for the successful applicant. Responsibilities include: * Assist the Principal to lead the school community through the school special education program (SEP) or early childhood development program (ECDP) to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students. * Deputise for the Principal when required. * Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity. * Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
