Hybrid work model What You Will Be Working On Delivering revenue targets and key enterprise performance metrics. Generating new business opportunities through prospecting, meetings, and account development. Managing the full enterprise sales cycle: discovery, evaluation, forecasting, negotiation, and close. Navigating executive-level relationships across CIO, COO, Heads of Transformation, Architecture, and Procurement. Running tailored solution presentations, demos, and workshops. Growing existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Collaborating closely with customer success, product, and technical teams. What Will Make You Successful 5 years selling enterprise SaaS into large Australian enterprises. Strong, verifiable track record of hitting quarterly and annual targets. Deep understanding of enterprise-level buying and complex sales methodologies. Experience selling CRM/BPM or enterprise workflow software. Excellent communication, territory planning, and executive-relationship skills. High drive, self-starter mindset, and strong commercial judgement.
