About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) site. This role includes supervising technicians and contractors, ensuring site safety, managing BOP plant components (transformers, switchgear, etc.), and overseeing SCADA-based monitoring and alarm response. You’ll also coordinate maintenance schedules, supervise subcontractors, and ensure compliance with WHS and operational procedures. Responsibilities Lead site operations, safety, and daily workforce activities Manage maintenance of BESS equipment, inverters, and backup systems Respond to alarms and oversee repair works Coordinate site inductions, toolbox talks, and subcontractor performance Report to Area Manager and manage CMMS-based maintenance scheduling Ensure WHS compliance and accurate documentation of all site work Requirements Valid A-Grade Electrical Licence Strong BESS, HV/MV plant, and SCADA experience preferred Site supervision or project lead experience White Card, HV Switching, First Aid/LVR Strong leadership, safety-first mindset, and reporting skills Benefits Full-time role with consistent project pipeline Paid overtime and site allowances On-call support allowance Lead delivery of high-profile renewable energy assets How to Apply To express interest, please submit your resume and a short cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
