Daniel Yelkovan from ri-kroot has been engaged to recruit an Electrical Project Manager, paying $75.91 – $95.00 per hour (negotiated based on experience) for a respected Tier 2 electrical contractor, temp to perm opportunity, managing large-scale commercial fit out projects, restaurants, retail shops , and high end offices ranging from $300K to $5M across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Key responsibilities and requirements: Managing project delivery and scopes of work Coordinating and supervising electricians across multiple projects Maintaining records of drawings, contract documentation, and correspondence Reviewing specifications, schedules, cost-saving opportunities, and variations Managing project timelines, risks, and reporting Liaising directly with builders and key stakeholders Overseeing workplace health and safety compliance Requirements: Current Electrical Licence Proven commercial fit out project experience Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Current Driver’s Licence To apply for this position please click on the APPLY link below and upload a copy of your resume.
