Seeking an experienced FULL TIME ECT for the preschool room to join an exceeding service based in Austral, Southwest of Sydney. Job Description: As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will have the unique opportunity to bring joy, creativity, and imagination into the classroom. Your role will involve: Designing and implementing engaging and interactive lesson plans that spark curiosity and enthusiasm Creating a safe and inclusive space where children feel excited to learn and express themselves Using innovative teaching methods to make learning fun, from storytelling and games to arts and crafts Nurturing the social and emotional development of children through positive interactions and teamwork Encouraging a love for learning by fostering a sense of wonder and discovery Collaborating with parents and guardians to celebrate and share children's achievements and milestones. Qualifications: A COMPLETED Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification) A good knowledge and understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation and regulations Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain) Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance At least 2 years' experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher, or equivalent School readiness experience Right to Work in Australia, without restriction Benefits: $43 - $50 per hour plus super Exceptional private early learning centre Opportunities for professional development and continuing education The chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.
