The Roles The role of the Duty Manager is to assist with the day-to-day supervision of the facilities programs, staff, patrons and plant room operations. In this position you will oversee the facility presentation and ensure there is a high regard for occupational health and safety. Leading by example, you will work with the venue manager to oversee the operational requirements including; Supervise and provide leadership to facility staff Provide a high level of customer service Ensure a safe aquatic environment Risk mitigation and emergency management Skills & Experience Experience working in a trade or aquatic environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service skills Flexibility to work across 7 days a week Willing to obtain - Pool Lifeguard Qualification Willing to obtain - First Aid Certificate & CPR The Company Belgravia Leisure is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG) and is the fastest growing leisure organisation in Australia.
