Service Locations: Inner West: Ashfield, Earlwood Southern Sydney: Rockdale, Hurstville, Riverwood Eastern Suburbs: Kingsford, Maroubra, Sans Souci South-West Sydney: Fairfield, Macquarie Fields Sutherland Shire: Engadine, Woronora Heights, Sylvania Your Role : As a Support Worker, you’ll deliver home assistance to clients to live comfortably and safely. Responsibilities include: Personal Care assistance Drive the client to access the community and social support Domestic Assistance: Cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, laundry), kitchen/bathroom sanitization, dusting, and bed linen changes. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to WHS policies and report incidents promptly. Compassionate Engagement: Build trust through respectful, friendly interactions. Who We’re Looking For : Essential Requirements : Driver's License and Own a vehicle Current First Aid & CPR Certification. COVID-19 Vaccination (minimum 2 doses). NDIS Worker Screening Check. Working with Children Check. Reliable, empathetic, and proactive attitude. Preferred Qualifications : Experience as an AIN, Support Worker, or in aged/disability care.
