Opportunity & How You Will Make An Impact As a key member of our Melbourne Design leadership team, you will steer important landscape projects, champion design excellence and nurture the growth of our team through coaching and mentoring. Working closely with other Directors and Associate Directors, you will help expand the Melbourne Landscape Architecture offering and secure new business, driving profitable growth. You Will Nurture and develop staff through coaching and mentoring to foster a culture of collaboration, design quality and excellence in landscape design reflecting the Urb brand. Support the delivery of strategic projects and national initiatives, and identify opportunities to collaborate with other business units to create whole‑firm service offerings. Develop proposals, tenders and submissions for potential projects and build strategic relationships to enhance the profile of the design practice in the Victorian market. Maintain and build trusted relationships with internal and external clients, partners, stakeholders and industry peers, identifying and generating new work to ensure sustained profitable performance. Achieve revenue targets through strong service delivery and project management, assisting with forecasting, project budgeting, risk and financial management. Manage the financial and commercial requirements of the Business Unit, including negotiating fee and sub‑contractor arrangements, and demonstrating strong practice management skills. About You Tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline. 8 years of relevant experience, ideally in a consultancy environment. Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
