You’ll be responsible for: Overseeing daily operations and compliance Leading, mentoring and developing a dedicated team of educators Building strong, respectful relationships with families and the local community Driving continuous improvement in line with the NQS and EYLF ✅ What’s on Offer: Competitive salary starting at $90,000 (based on experience) plus commission Start date –Immediate start Professional development, childcare discount 50%, flexible hours, strong support from Management, commission Onsite parking Who You Are: Diploma in Early Childhood Education Previous experience in a leadership role within Early Childhood Education Knowledge of the NQF, EYLF and regulations A warm, approachable leader with excellent communication and organisational skills Passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and delivering quality outcomes for children and families Excellent interpersonal skills with employee, management and families.
