Atticus Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Dietitian to join our dedicated Home Care team. Offer education and practical guidance to clients, families, and carers to support improved nutrition and wellbeing. Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary care team. Assist clients with managing conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, weight management, and malnutrition. Travel to client homes within the community (car allowance provided).
